Business Strategy and Growth

I built a team of over 20 staff and subcontractors, to position Provider Institute as a recognised and positive leader in the community sector.

Provider Institute Rebrand

I undertook a comprehensive rebranding initiative to redefine Provider Institute’s visual identity, key messaging, and market positioning.

Provider Institute Online Presence

I have been solely responsible for all of Provider Institute‘s marketing initiatives, application management, and platform enhancements.

Escape From the Desert Booklet and Posters

I designed and published Escape from the Desert for Richmond Fellowship Queensland and Uniting Care Community. This was an activity-driven comic book aimed at helping primary school aged children to understand and cope with their mental health needs.

Finding Country, a follow up to the first edition, was also developed and was targeted specifically toward Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander primary school aged children.

Everyday Practice Grant Initiative

I was the project and technical lead for Everyday Practice, funded by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and delivered in partnership with Queenslanders with Disability Network (QDN).

This was an online collaborative platform for NDIS Providers and NDIS Participants, to help NDIS Providers understand and apply their compliance obligations (everyday practice) through the lens of NDIS participants’ experience.

eLearning Course for Community Workers

I was the project lead and technical advisor for an Energy Literacy Beginners eLearning Course for Community Service Workers, developed for Queensland Council of Social Service (QCOSS), in partnership with Projects for Purpose.

This project involved the development of all content, resources, and interactive quizzes, and populating the course materials into Moodle, an open source Learning Management System (LMS).
